Kerry Butcher

Solicitor

I first joined the legal profession in 1999 as a receptionist/secretary and whilst sometimes I found the legal terminology a little daunting I loved the challenge and gradually got to grips with it and continued to develop my knowledge. My perseverance and hard work paid off, as I become a Conveyancer myself.

I have worked for a few firms now mainly dealing with freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions which I enjoy.

From a client perspective, I understand that property transactions can seem confusing, especially for those who have not had too much experience of buying and selling property and I enjoy helping to guide my clients through what is one of the most stressful times in their life.
